Please understand delivery times may take up to 8 weeks. We ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Most of the time items arrive within a couple of weeks but depending on the time of year and local customs clearance it may take longer.
Due to the unpredictability of international shipping, delivery time for international orders will vary.

Our carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) may be unable to regularly update tracking numbers. However, your package is still on its way to its destination. These delays are outside of the control of MOR. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes:
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. It is your responsibility to understand that upon receipt of your order you may be required to pay these additional taxes or fees based on the rules and regulations of your local government, import and tax codes. If you decide to refuse the package for any reason and it is returned to us we will issue a refund for the cost of the item upon return delivery. The shipping costs paid on the original order will not be refunded.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery confirmation of your item to request a return.
